What is your Return & Exchange Policy? We accept return/exchange for any reason!
Don't worry about buying a wedding gown and changing your mind - let us know within 2 business days of receiving your dress and we will be happy to accept your return or exchange.
We only accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that has not been altered and has not been worn. The returned dress must be in perfect condition, as it was sent to you. Rush order fee is non-refundable. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom sized dresses or on dresses that have been customized for you. We also do not accept any returns on bridesmaid dresses even if they are in standard sizes (all orders of bridesmaid dresses are FINAL).
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted you must follow these steps:
• You have 2 business days from the time your dress is delivered to the designated shipping address, to notify us that you would like to return or exchange the item. Please use our Contact Us Form , or email us at: returns@myweddingdressforless.co.uk.
• You must contact us before you return the dress and we will give you our mailing address for returning items. Any item returned without notifying us will not be credited or exchanged.
• The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.
• We must receive the item within 20 days after we send you our return address. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are your responsibility. If we do not receive your item within 20 days, no credit or exchange will be given.
• Once we receive your item, inspect it to be sure it's as perfect as when we shipped it to you and confirm that we have received it within 20 days of giving our return address, we will issue the full refund, or exchange the item for you.
• a £45 charge for restocking and shipping is non-refundable.
• For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged.
